Preparing For Your Appointment:

Please ensure that your child comes in without any distractions, well rested, well fed and not sick.

No other children are allowed in the office at the time of your child’s assessments.

Next Steps After Your Appointment:

Whether or not your child received a confirmed diagnosis, we will provide you with guidance on what to do next.

Dyslexia Consultations Include:

Verbal Comprehension and Communication Evaluations.
Brief Non-Verbal Intelligence Quotient (NVIQ) evaluations.
Phonological processing evaluation with the Comprehensive Test of Phonological Processing, 2nd Edition (CTOPP-2).
Reading and writing skills assessments.
Test of Word Reading Efficiency (TOWRE).
Handwriting Sample analysis.
Care Management including guidance on next steps completed by a School Consultant with a Masters in Special Education

Our goal is to provide access to Dyslexia testing for all children, provide an early diagnosis, and a goal for all children to learn to read before the end of 3rd grade so they are ready to read to learn.
